Dobbin Oshaun Bookman Jr., MSc, CPSS, CSCS, is a strength and performance coach with academy-level soccer experience at Real Salt Lake Academy and New England Revolution Academy. He has developed and delivered daily warm-ups, weekly gym sessions, in-season and off-season training regimens, and performance testing for male youth players across U13 through U18 age groups. His coaching emphasizes speed, change of direction, jumping and landing mechanics, and athletic development, while also supporting on-field return-to-play work for injured athletes.

Dobbin brings a data-informed approach to performance training, with experience using GPS, force plates, NordBord, timing gates, and Catapult data collection to monitor athlete development. He has also coached strength and conditioning for youth, adolescent, college-aged, and adult athletes, including work in Olympic lifting fundamentals, multi-joint movement, mobility, and individualized programming. He holds a master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from Middlesex University, a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Morehouse College, and NSCA CSCS and CPSS certifications.
