We understand that life happens. Plans change, schedules shift, and sometimes you need to step back from training. At GL Soccer Pro, we've built our cancellation policy around fairness and flexibility for our athletes and their families.

For private soccer training sessions, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. If you need to reschedule instead of canceling, we'll work with you to find a time that fits your calendar within the same billing cycle.

Small group training and team training sessions follow a similar structure. We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. This gives us time to adjust our coaching staff and facility scheduling. If weather forces a cancellation on our end, we'll automatically reschedule your session at no cost.

For our youth development program and advanced training packages, cancellations must be submitted in writing through your account portal or by contacting your coach directly. Monthly packages can be paused for up to two consecutive months per year if you need a temporary break. After two months, your package will be considered canceled.

Camp and clinic registrations are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you can't attend, you can pass your spot to another player. Tournament entries and league registrations follow the same rule. Contact the events coordinator at least 14 days before the event to make changes. Online course purchases are final and cannot be refunded, though you'll have lifetime access to all materials once enrolled.
