GL Summer Camps 2026

Help your player build confidence, sharpen their skills, and prepare for the season ahead at GL Pro Soccer Summer Camps. Led by experienced coaches and former professional players, our camps combine high-level instruction with a fun, supportive environment where athletes can learn, compete, and grow.

Each camp focuses on the fundamentals that matter most—from technical development and ball mastery to finishing, decision-making, and game awareness. With small-group coaching, high-energy sessions, and plenty of touches on the ball, players receive the attention and repetition needed to make meaningful improvements.

Fee: $400 per team + referee fees

Competitive 5v5 • Older Divisions

GL Pro Fast Five Cup — Older Divisions

The GL Pro Fast Five Cup is built for competitive small-sided play, quick decisions, Target Time finishes and dribble-up penalty-kick tiebreakers.

Date status: Tournament dates have not yet been announced. Friday games begin at noon; Saturday play runs all day. Exact times will be released after registration closes.
Who can play, where is it, and what does it cost?

Divisions: 2015/2016, 2013/2014 and High School. Divisions may be adjusted based on registration to create balanced competition.

Team fee: $400 + referee fees. Each team is guaranteed at least three games.

What is the game format and Target Time rule?
  • 5v5, including goalkeeper
  • 14-minute first half, 2-minute halftime, 14-minute second half
  • Up to 5 minutes of Target Time; up to 35 minutes total game time

At the end of regulation, the leading score plus one becomes the Target Score. If the score is 4–3, the target is 5. The first team to reach it wins. If no team reaches it within five minutes, the team ahead wins; a tie goes to Dribble-Up PKs.

How do playoffs, standings and tiebreakers work?

Top teams advance to two semifinals and one championship game in each division. Wins earn 3 points; losses earn 0, and every match produces a winner.

  5. Dribble-Up PK shootout

Goal differential may be capped for standings.

What are Dribble-Up PKs and roster rules?

Each team receives three 1v1 dribble-up attempts against the goalkeeper from a designated starting point, followed by sudden death if tied.

  • Recommended roster: 7–10 players
  • Unlimited substitutions
  • Shin guards required
  • No slide tackling

Full tournament rules will be sent to registered teams.

GL Pro Fast Five Cup — Younger Divisions

This fast-paced 5v5 indoor tournament emphasizes lots of touches, quick decisions, competitive play, Target Time and dribble-up PK tiebreakers.

Date status: Tournament dates have not yet been announced. Friday play is planned for 1:00–approximately 8:30 PM; Saturday for 8:00 AM–approximately 8:30 PM.
Who can play, where is it, and what does it cost?

Open to U11 and younger. Divisions will be organized based on registration numbers for balanced matchups.

GL Pro 9th South Soccer Facility

Team fee: $350 + referee fees. Every team is guaranteed at least three games.

What is the younger-division game format?
  • 5v5, including goalkeeper
  • 10-minute first half, 1-minute halftime, 10-minute second half
  • Up to 5 minutes of Target Time; 26 minutes maximum game time
  • Games scheduled in 30-minute blocks

Friday kickoffs are every 30 minutes from 1:00 PM through 8:00 PM. Saturday kickoffs run every 30 minutes from 8:00 AM through 8:00 PM.

How do Target Time, playoffs and standings work?

The leading score plus one becomes the Target Score after regulation. The first team to reach it wins. If five minutes expire, the team ahead wins; ties go to Dribble-Up PKs. Top teams advance to two semifinals and a championship. Wins earn 3 points; losses earn 0.

Tiebreakers: head-to-head, goal differential, goals scored, goals allowed, then Dribble-Up PKs. Goal differential may be capped.

Session 1 • Starts November 2026

GL Pro Winter League — Session 1

Team registration is $750. Each team receives eight guaranteed regular-season games. The top four teams advance to semifinals and a championship, and the championship team receives medals.

When does GL Pro Winter League Session 1 begin?

Games begin the week of November 7, 2026. The exact schedule will be shared with registered teams.

What awards are included?

The championship team receives medals. Golden Boot and MVP awards are not part of Session 1.
