Hi, I’m Devin Brog—a former collegiate soccer player, team captain, and now personal trainer focused on helping athletes reach their full potential. I graduated from Beloit College with a double major in Business Economics and Psychology and a minor in Sports Management, giving me insight into both the physical and mental sides of performance.

I grew up in Sandy, Utah, where my passion for soccer started early and never stopped. I’ve played at a high level across club (Inter/Apex 01s, Blue Knights 02s), high school (Brighton High), and college (Beloit College), and bring that full-spectrum experience into every session. That love for the game—combined with years of competitive play and leadership—drives how I train, connect with each player, and tailor every session to their unique goals and needs while keeping it fun and engaging!
