We know things come up, and we want to make it easy to keep your player on the field. Here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work for GL Soccer sessions:
 

Rescheduling (Preferred)

• You can reschedule your session at no cost.

• We strongly encourage rescheduling instead of canceling to avoid fees.

• Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
   

Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before the session:
  You’ll receive a full refund or can choose to reschedule.

• Within 24 hours of the session (same-day):
  You’ll receive an 80% refund. A 20% cancellation fee applies to cover field time and coaching costs.

• No-shows or cancellations after the session starts:
  These are not eligible for a refund.
   

Why rescheduling helps

Due to the way our system works, every cancellation requires a refund, even if you'd like to come another day. Rescheduling ahead of time helps us keep things running smoothly and gives more players a chance to join.
